The Garden

There are just over five acres of garden to explore at Hawthorn.

The garden is in the classical park style and includes oak, beech, ash, birch, chestnut, maple and plane trees. There are large expanses of lawn. The dam is surrounded by willow and aspen.

There are hens and ducks, a tennis court, a circular potager with fruit, vegetables and flowers, an apple and pear arbour and a classical temple.
